18 Wheeler Wreck – Negligence

We successfully negotiated a settlement of $550,000.00 for our client who was involved in a violent wreck with an 18 wheeler near Luling, Texas. Downing Transportation, Inc.‚ its employee/driver, Gerardo Sandoval failed to yield the right of way, turned left in front of our client and caused a violent wreck.
